@MojangSupport I keep gettting error when trying to redeem minecraft java ediiton ,code already redeemed or invalid ,codes are new some bug ??

Kindly note we beleive that this outage kind is happening to india users (we are not sure if its affecting only india) but its happening from past 24 hrs ,on 23rd sept night everything was ok and normal .

Hi,I already did,the ticket number is 4514779 they seem clueless.Pls fix it or raise the issue with microsoft support as this issue is affecting india from past 40 hrs now.....
