@MojangSupport I am playing on bedrock Minecraft windows. As I load in to a world. I can't seem to move around or open my "E" inventory or do anything, but look around and "hit" (right mouse button). I am stuck in position and can't do anything on my keyboard.

This sounds like a connection issue is at hand. Are you using WiFi or a hardwire connection? It may help to switch to hardwire if you're on WiFi. Let us know what else you've tried and we'll continue to help troubleshoot this issue with you! ^FF
