@MojangSupport I don't have access to my previously linked Microsoft account for my Minecraft so I am not able to unlink my Microsoft account from my Minecraft therefore I cannot play Minecraft with my friends anymore. Mojang please help I've been dealing with this for a year plz

Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PSN account, neither of the accounts can be associated with a different account. Unlinking accounts will cause your purchases to be returned to the original Microsoft account and will no longer be available on the PSN account. ^FF

What am I suppose to do in this situation? I'm without the ability to play cross play
