@MojangSupport whilst in the nether the game lagged out n took the blocks from beneath me n i lost everything as well as my skins are not loading in game.

I'm sorry to hear this happened! Can you let us know if this was a single-player world or while playing on a Realm, and what platform you're playing on? If possible, are you able to upload a previous backup of the world before this issue started happening? ^FF

This happens on single player and on multi-player, im on bedrock edition

Sounds like there is some connection interference going on. Are you playing on a Hardwire Connection and have you tried any troubleshooting to fix this? ^TK

Im not sure, it shows all my skins n allows me to choose but it doesn't let me see it after ive chosen it
