@MojangSupport i cant connect to my friends world and they cant connect to mine. im using a ps4 theyre using mobile. crossplay is on. we have eachother added as friends. the worlds 100% have multiplayer enabled. we tried connecting yesterday for 3 hours and nothing worked. so sad

Are either of you getting an error when trying to connect? Give me a bit more detail as to what happens and can you put your Playstation to a hardwire connection? ^TK

it says its connecting. then unable to connect to world. then it says its generating chunks and then it goes to the start screen. i can try recording a video of it.

Were there any recent changes to the world, such as any farms or large structures that were added? Also, are you or your friend using any Marketplace packs? If so, you might try removing these and see if you're able to connect to the world. Let us know what else you've tried! ^FF

no marketplace packs! and no we made multiple new worlds trying to make it work. and both of our game versions are up to date. im pretty sure we did everything correctly and its just something on your side ):
