@MojangSupport I own Java and Bedrock Edition which I got by codes from Xbox One S 500GBConsole Minecraft Bundle and buying a Java gift card in 2016 then earlier this year migrated java account to my Microsoft account which I own Bedrock Edition for the PC so I should be eligible

Unfortunately, you will have to have the Bedrock Edition and the Java Edition on PC. If you have it on the console that doesn't count. You can read more about it here: help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/…
