@MojangSupport since forcing merge of Microsoft accounts I’ve lost access to my realm but I’m still paying for them. Can you please fix.

It’s been several days since you asked me to open ticket 4480477 and they had been zero response from your side. Any chance of some help please? You seem very fast at taking my money each month. I’d love the same speed customer support please.
