@MojangSupport I no longer have access to the email associated with my original minecraft account meaning I can't send a verification email to migrate my account to a microsoft account. I also can't change my email with the account because I haven't secured it yet.

It says to use the email associated with my minecraft account which I'm not able to access. Should I just include in the notes the email I'd prefer them to reply to? Also how do I find the transaction ID if I bought the game years ago? Thanks!

Well it's likely that the transaction ID is in the email that you're not able to access but that is where you would find the receipt of purchase. Last, you want to send in the ticket from an email you have access to, not the one you dont! ^TK
