@MojangSupport I have patiently waited two weeks, but I have not received the Vanilla Cape whilst owning both PC editions for a long time before june 6th. I both have them on the same account and I was migrated in time. Why haven't I received it yet?

What do you mean by that? Different waves of two weeks? So was the past week Wave 1?

It's been delayed and the roll out for the capes will continue throughout the whole month of September. I do apologize for any confusion or frustration this may have caused, but it should make it to you! ^BT
