@MojangSupport Just migrated my son's minecraft onto my microsoft account and it wants us to buy minecraft again - there's no way to get into the existing account that we can see. Help!!

But we signed in via the same email that received the original purchase receipt

Are you making sure to use the Microsoft Login to login to your newly migrated account? If you are and you're still having issues you're gonna need to reach out to the Xbox/Microsoft Support team anyway. ^TK
