Minecraft version 1.19.21 is now available on Nintendo Switch and players should once again be able to join others through cross-platform multiplayer. Thanks for your patience while we worked to resolve the issue. -MG

Whenever I try to join my friends world it won't connect it says, "unable to connect to world." I tried reinstalling it and reconnecting to my account again. We both play on the ps4

Are you using WiFi? If possible, it may help to switch to a hardwire connection on your console. If this doesn't help, then we'll need you to reach out to our Support team for further troubleshooting: bit.ly/3uO21ER. ^FF
