@MojangSupport hi if I migrated before June 6th do I get the vanilla cape?

You must have had both licenses of Minecraft on the same Microsoft account before June 6, 2022. We can't change the eligibility or grant the cape outside of these parameters. Check out our Vanilla Cape FAQ: bit.ly/3cyNyGL for more info on eligibility. ^FF
