@MojangSupport Im having trouble with a texture pack, its activated but doesn't show on one of my realms. What could cause this?

Is this a texture pack that came from the Minecraft Marketplace? If so, can you let us know the name of the pack and the creator of the pack? ^FF

Yes its from the Marketplace, its called RealCW and the name of the creator is Mineduet

Let's have you first make sure your game is running the latest version of Minecraft, and make sure Minecraft is attached to a Microsoft account. Also, you can try signing out & sign back into the Minecraft and Microsoft account(s) and see if this pack will load on your realm. ^FF

I tried all of that and nothing. What I did notice was that any texture pack does not work on my survival realm but it does work in my local world. Yesterday everything was fine but now cant seem to get any texture pack working on my realms, simply goes back to default texture
