@MojangSupport I linked a Microsoft account to my PS4 and all my skins and texture packs are gone.

Did you link the correct Microsoft Account with your purchased items? ^TK

I bought them on my PS4 and then tried to link the account and even when I unlink it, my stuff is still gone
