@MojangSupport I am a switch player trying to connect with a PC player on Minecraft not allowing us to connect.

Are you both on the Window Edition of the game? If they are on the Java Edition you won't be able to connect on their Realm with them to play the game due to cross-platform is not compatible. ^TK

We are both playing bedrock edition I am on Nintendo switch and my friend is on windows PC.

We have connected to this world before now it's completely not letting me "error unable to connect" before it would let me join and I had 2 different inventory's like sometimes I spawn in with one and next time we would connect I would have a different one.
