@MojangSupport hello, i need help. i have opened minecraft and i need to migrate my mojang account to microsoft to play. i cant receive on my email the mojang mail with the code, so i cant migrate. i do receive other mails but not this one. i dont have tID and cant find it, help.

i have already told you that i dont have tID and cant find it in any way. also i have already contacted support through this link and got basically no help at all

We have some other ways to verify you if you don't have your Transaction ID, but you will need to continue working with your specialist as we cannot assist here in Social. ^AM
