@MojangSupport I've been trying to sign in with a Microsoft account on minecraft for the ps4. But each time I try I'm met with error code creeper. My internet is stable, I've tried restarting, reinstalling, and even clearing my devices data cache and I'm still met with the error.

The Creeper issue usually means that a network issue has prevented your sign-in. When trying to play your game, are you using hardwire or wifi? ^BT

Go ahead and give your Router a reset, uninstall/reinstall, and then finally check your firewall/antivirus for permissions. If that doesn't work I'll escalate you upward. ^TK
