@MojangSupport Realms is buggy and takes forever to join plus I can't join 90% of the time if I can't join why even pay for a realm?

I tried on PC and PlayStation and no I don't have any mods installed

If it's buggy on both platforms it could be the connection but it may be something in the Realm or some corruption. Does this happen only in this Realm or every Realm? ^TK
