@MojangSupport @Minecraft today at about 7 I started playing Minecraft and I got into my world of almost 3 years it was going well until I loaded everything had broken the chunks disappeared there are holes to the subsoil is no bedrock I am very worried because I had many things

Are you on PC by any chance? This sounds like it could be connection but my bet is the World may be corrupted and that's why you're seeing all of these issues. ^TK

Do you have any resource/texture packs on this world? It may help to try removing these if so, to see if that clears up the issues you're seeing. You may also need to try reinstalling the game on your Xbox console. Let us know if you're still having any issues or not! ^FF
