I lost my minecraft account 😭😭😭 What do I do aaaa Minecraft is not cheap ;-;

I have no idea what happened, I'm trying since last week to recover my old Microsoft account but it just reseted my whole account so apparently I have not bought minecraft 🤡🤡 I can only play the demo

I contacted the Microsoft support team but they said they could do nothing :) and I'm still waiting for an answer from the minecraft support team :) @MojangSupport pls help me ;-;

The Demo issue usually happens when you're logging into the wrong account. Please make sure that you're logging in using the correct account information and also using the Microsoft account log-in screen if you're migrated or purchased after December 2020. ^BT

im sure that im in the right account, and when i contacted the microsoft support team, they said that my "old account" no longer exists (the name tag doesn't exist) so it's not like i lost my password or something ;=;
