@MojangSupport I should have paid the money, but I got a payment error and I can't receive the service. When I checked the bank, the money was dropped eight times.

You likely have a failed pending charge on the account. It will show pending on the bank statement but the money isn't taken. If you want, I would suggest a different payment style or using another browser. ^TK
