@MojangSupport good morning! Being that we're (my family) now 6+ months into our 2nd successful (both failed!) joint @Mojang and @Microsoft migration to MS owned/account based access - I'm quite keen (still, surprisingly!?!) to resolve this for my daughter? Could you try & help?
