@MojangSupport hello! I have a problem that the Minecraft website cannot fix, I have had a Mojang account since 2015, and I want to download Minecraft and it asks me to join a Microsoft account.

To do so, it asks me for confirmation of the email, which the truth is that I can no longer access it since the account of that email was deleted, and really I don't want to lose an account of so many years, it's because it was a birthday present. @MojangSupport

I'd suggest making a ticket with our Accounts team so they can have a look! Please send us an email at aka.ms/Minecraft-Support and we will assist. Remember to attach your Transaction ID and account name / Gamertag. ^BT

Thank you! They are attending to me, they asked me for some data such as transaction id, and the truth is that those data were in the old deleted email, I was able to provide some more data, but I hope be able to recover my account :(((
