@MojangSupport My I'd was suspended for 3 days and I have sent a mail and a case review on it and haven't got an reply yet is there anything that can be done ,?

Test did and they said they can't do anything about it and I am about to lose my post as a helper on a server :(

Unfortunately, if the support agent said there is nothing that we're able to do we're then we also can not do anything to assist in this matter. ^Tk
