@Minecraft @MojangSupport why do you not have any customer support for Realm owners. I have tried to send 4 requests for assistance, and I'm getting ignored and one very lazy response! #minecraft

I am trying to learn more about your Realm policies, but the support team is not assisting me accordingly There seems to be a contradiction in your Realm policies and a recent action, Im very concerned my privacy is being violated @Minecraft @MojangSupport #minecraft

And for some reason my ticket is consistently getting closed, making it impossible to discuss anything with support.
