Hi guys, I paid for Realms for my son on Switch, his Nintendo online account is up to date, it sends him in an endless loop back to subscription when he tries to create a realm. Three hours in, we can't get anywhere, pls help?

OK, I've done that. "Your support request (4453383) has been received". Pls help, we're going slowly insane after wasting three hours trying to build a Realm... and still my son is unable to play Minecraft with his pals
