She could join realms. Can't anymore. >Playstation Account name change >She got logged out of realms. >Can't get her logged back in >Can't attach a new email to it She'll have to have: A brand new Playstation Account A brand new Microsoft email Brand new everything

Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PSN account, sadly neither accounts can be associated with a different account. Unlinking accounts will cause your purchases to be returned to the original Microsoft account and will no longer be available on the PSN account. ^FF
