Also I realised that in the 1st Picture I am connected with my Microsoft Account. That's just a glitch that occurs when you connect with a Microsoft Account after you were connected it still doesn't load your actual skins. I already e-mailed the support 3 times and they only

If you're unable to see the Founder's Cape in your Character Creator after updating to patch 1.16.200, you were likely impacted by the MCPE-84673 bug: bit.ly/3Qe1gfW. Due to this bug, unfortunately, we won't be able to add the Founder's Cape to your account. ^FF
