@MojangSupport having trouble with account migration. We no longer have access to the email the account was set up with but do have the order ID. I’ve tried emailing customer support with no response. Can you please help?

I’ve done this before but it asks for the email associated with the account and I can’t access it. I’ve put both the old email and new one but not heard back. I will try again though. Thanks

You need to make sure you send it with an email you still have access to so you get the ticket response back and the account team will work to assist you. ^TK
