@MojangSupport Hello, my support ticket hasn't gotten a response for 2 weeks now. I just want my account back can you help me. I have additional information I found that might help prove ownership of the account but no one is replying.

If you haven't received a reply by now, then we may not have gotten your request. You can submit a new request by filling the form at bit.ly/3uO21ER and be sure to use an email address that you can currently access. Otherwise, our reply might not make it back to you! ^FF

I'm on the road right now so I even did it from a new location and device (my phone) but still no email confirming the ticket! What is happening?

You won't always get a confirmation email after submitting the ticket as we do have helpers that will try to assist you! ^TK

I have made 4 different new tickets since august 8th with not a single email received. The last email in my inbox is a reply from me asking for an update on the situation on the 8th of August. I firmly believe that there is problem with the support ticket system.

We're not able to assist with account recoveries over social support at any time due to player private info. You will need to continue waiting for a response through a support ticket. ^TK
