hello @MojangSupport i lost a pack and minecoins at one point nearly 2 years ago and i contacted your support through email and i never got a reply my owned item was the steven universe pack owned since release and 200-400 coins left from that purchase

Clear off some items that you're not using anymore! Space plays a critical role with the Nintendo Switch and if there isn't enough free space it can cause issues that includes crashing. So in short, remove things you aren't using and look for the other items.^TK
