@MojangSupport Hey so I've been trying to migrate my wife's account to microsoft and after getting to this page and hitting "Next" ... nothing happens it just sits there for ages. Any ideas on what to do?

That's no good! To get around this, lets have you try creating a Microsoft account directly through Microsoft before migrating the Mojang account. This can be done here: bit.ly/3THH4X0. If you're still running into any issues with migration, then please let us know. ^FF
