i sent the mail, but really, transaction ID's ? Do you keep your receits for over 10 years ? I think i purchased minecraft in 2011........ Ans paypal is not helpfull in that case... try looking up your history when it's more than 9 months ago 馃ゲStill hope you can help though.

Transaction IDs are not necessary to recover accounts but they are helpful. If you don't have that Transaction ID we can still help. Keep an eye out for our account support agents to respond and we can help there! ^AC
