@MojangSupport I bought Minecraft on the PS5 but I can’t link my Microsoft account and can’t play online or with friends. It keeps giving the error that my Microsoft account is linked with another PSN but I never linked it to another psn.Need support asap my gamertag is rafsan24.

Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PSN account, neither of the accounts can be associated with a different account. Unlinking accounts will cause your purchases to be returned to the original Microsoft account and will no longer be available on the PSN account. ^TK

As I said in the tweet, I never linked my Microsoft account to any psn’s but the game says that it has already been linked to another psn which makes no sense. I even made a brand new Microsoft account and it gives the same error.
