@MojangSupport @Microsoft hi, so my freind who is on ps4 and me pc can not play together beaucause her microsoft acount doesn't want to connect and whe she trys to connect she as a message that says that she already have a micrpsoft acount but the things is that she cant accept

Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PSN account, neither of the accounts can be associated with a different account. Unlinking accounts will cause your purchases to be returned to the original Microsoft account and will no longer be available on the PSN account. ^TK
