@MojangSupport i signed out as advised and now i can't sign back in on my switch to my Microsoft account. It gives me a code or website but when i sign in it is making me choose a new nametag etc. I have lost everything now. How do i get back into my original account?

Did you make sure that you're signing in with the correct credentials to your Microsoft account? If you were the things you purchased and gamertag would still be on it. ^TK

OK, I am back in but it won't let me download the texture pack even though i have had it for months and never had a problemwith it before. Does that mean it's not compatible with the new update?
