What platform are you playing on, and can you let us know what troubleshooting you've tried so far to address this, if any? ^FF

Hi. Using ps4. Have shut down, re started. Deleted the game and reinstalled. Had the game 3 days and not been able to play it as couldn't sign in with Microsoft acct...now looks like sign in working and its doing this
