Minecraft version 1.19.21 is now available on Nintendo Switch and players should once again be able to join others through cross-platform multiplayer. Thanks for your patience while we worked to resolve the issue. -MG

My kids can't even get into market place in their switches. My daughter can't download a pack for two days now

Is there any specific error(s) that they're seeing when trying to access the Marketplace? If so, feel free to reply with a screenshot or photo of this error. Please also let us know what troubleshooting has been done so far, if any, to address this issue. ^FF
