If you have multiple PSN accounts, make sure that you're using the correct Microsoft account login info for each PSN account. ​You can also try a different Microsoft account which has not previously been linked to any PSN account. Please be aware that this link is permanent. ^FF

I’ve tried different Microsoft accounts nothing works I only have one psn account am I just able to get a refund or is this something I’m assuming I have to talk to PlayStation about
