@MojangSupport my marketplace isn’t working on my switch I have tried restarting my game and I’m still having problems

Can you let us know what happens when you try accessing the Marketplace on your Switch? For example, are you seeing any error messages or does the button just appear to be unresponsive or "greyed out"? ^FF

This looks to be a known issue. You'll need to uninstall/reinstall the game, but first, please ensure that you've backed up your worlds: bit.ly/3c9PK76. If the issue persists, then we'll need you to submit a ticket to our Marketplace team: bit.ly/3uO21ER. ^FF
