@MojangSupport Since the last two updates It's very difficult to get back into my account then once I have it won't let me update any of my texture packs. The main one is Full of Life on both my ps4 and Nintendo switch lite. How do I get them to update please?

Can you let us know what exactly happens when you try updating this texture pack? For example, does it appear to be downloading but there's no progress, or do you see any error messages that pop up? ^FF

This often comes up but that's regular as it takes ages to get into marketplace anyway.
