Skins & marketplace still don’t work 😵‍💫 also have to delete and & redownload every time I want to join MY realm

Are you seeing any specific errors when trying to use the Marketplace and your skins, and have you tried any other troubleshooting besides reinstalling the game? ^FF

The specific issues are the marketplace is grayed out with a red exclamation point. Profile skins don’t load. Msg states can’t connect to realm

the same has been happening to me. i’ve deleted the games multiple times too, restarted it. logged out, logged in. i can’t access marketplace as it’s a dark grey with a red “!”and i can’t see any skins or open any of the drop down options.
