@MojangSupport @XboxSupport My girlfriend is unable to get into her Minecraft game, she can open any other game except Minecraft and I'd like to know why and a solution We've tried everything including uninstalling and it doesn't work

Which version of the game is she playing, and what platform is she using? Can you let us know what exactly happens when she tries opening Minecraft? If there's any error messages, a screenshot/photo will be helpful to see. ^FF

I believe she's on the latest version of Minecraft. In the switch version the horses and llamas look like this too (thought I'd bring this bug up while I was here)

This realm is also at the latest update, this is the error message she gets on realms and servers both

Updates usually take up to 24-48 hours to push through. If you're still not able to access Realms/servers after that, make sure to reach back out to us! ^FF
