Hey @Microsoft & @MojangSupport I've been paying for a realm for months now and Minecraft currently says it's expired, but I was last charged and paid August 17. Your online "support" site doesn't allow me to chat or call for this issue.

Thank you, and I did. It's been 31 hours and all I've gotten was the auto-email saying my request was received. How long do I wait to hear anything from something not running on zeros and ones?
