Seriously @Microsoft @MojangSupport @Minecraft @PlayStation, this has been going on for years. Can we get a fix that works?

I have one @Microsoft account & one @PlayStation account. They both use the same email address. Somehow @Minecraft can't reconcile these facts to allow me to sign in on Playstation using my Microsoft account, as it directs me to do. It's a years-long problem. Where's the fix?

We're unable to provide an estimate on when an issue will be resolved, but feel free to review the bug report periodically to see if any new workarounds or information becomes available. ^FF
