@MojangSupport why do you guys not reply to my tickets when i send over my account info? 7 tickets later not helped out once, the tickets i make without including account information you reply. so whats the deal here? i cant even recover my own account

If you're sending in several tickets it's not going to speed up the process. We're a bit backed up so we appreciate the patience as our team works to get to it. ^TK

i don’t think you understand, for one ticket i had one of your employees Edi, she gave me questions when she located my account, i sent those questions and i've been waiting for 4 months and still no reply yet. 3 months into that ticket i didnt make any others until 3 month mark.
