@MojangSupport my world I’ve worked on for 3 years is gone. All my worlds and skins are gone.

Can you give me a bit more information on what happened are you playing on Java Edition or Windows 10 edition? ^TK

I’m on bedrock edition, ( Xbox one ) one day ago I logged onto Minecraft and then all the worlds where all grey and I clicked on my world that I’ve been working on for 3 years is gone. I can go on the world but everything is gone. All my builds and all my supplies are gone.

I’m am also having this a message popping up that says “ The world is not fully synced or has been corrupted Try playing the world on a console where it's in a good state and try migrating it again.”
