Can you give me a bit more information on what happened are you playing on Java Edition or Windows 10 edition? ^TK

I鈥檓 on bedrock edition, ( Xbox one ) one day ago I logged onto Minecraft and then all the worlds where all grey and I clicked on my world that I鈥檝e been working on for 3 years is gone. I can go on the world but everything is gone. All my builds and all my supplies are gone.

It sounds like some corruption is taking place in those Worlds and unfortunately, there is nothing that we're able to do to recover the accounts. ^TK
