@MojangSupport brought minecoins for my son, he got Jurassic world dlc on switch but it keeps closing due to an error. We are not the only ones experiencing this. Please fix it or how do we get a refund?

It has been reported over a week ago! Be good to know when will be resolved or how can get minecoins refunded ?

Great to keep in mind that we're not the Mojang Team proper, we're just the support! Thanks for the patience though as the team works to resolve the issue. ^TK
