I downloaded the pocket addition from in game… I do not have a Microsoft account.

I don't know why I asked when you said Ipad so I apologize! So it's likely that you purchased the pack on your Microsoft Account so logging in should make the pack show up for you. If not you may need to reach out to Microsoft support for assistance. ^TK

I contacted Microsoft and it definitely did not come from them. They said it was probably purchased in game. Can you please tell me how to copy from iPhone to my iPad. Thx.

Hello, I followed up with your suggestions and logged into my Microsoft account and could not find the ‘Mash up’. Microsoft has not historically data showing the purchase as it was bought in game. I looked out of my phone and re logged in.
